The development behind the REEF is genuinely based in the world of professional cycling, the project was initiated to create a product that could function at the very highest level of the sport – a garment designed by pro riders to be used by pro riders. The process of working with the guys to bring the garment to life was really quite effortless, underlying everything else they simply required the product to function – it had to offer protection and performance, achieved in no small part by the application of the superb ‘Time’ fabric. Really the true task revolved around interpreting their concepts as closely as possible while still developing a product usable by the consumer market, something that we feel we have achieved.
